You have the right to cancel within seven days of your repair contract with iFiXiT REPAiRS. If you do cancel your order before your services have been carried out we will issue you with your refund, minus the cost of delivery for the sending and returning your device. Because we aim to complete your repairs and return your repaired device as quickly as possible, you will need to contact us immediately should you wish to cancel. If we have already begun repairs, we may need to charge you for the work we have already carried out.

No Fix, No Fee Policy – This does not cover all repairs, such as water damage and diagnostic. However, each case will be individually considered and a full refund will be handed out based on our discretion.
